Your order will be shipped directly from our warehouse. If you have specific shipping requirements, please note them in the space provided. Your order will be shipped standard ground via UPS or by USPS Priority Mail, depending on the least costly of these available options - unless other arrangements are made in advance. Shipping charges will be assessed and added to your order at time of shipping.

Return policy:
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact us before returning an item, either by email or phone or FAX. We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX & Discover. Your card will be charged at the time the order is shipped. Even though our site is secure, we respect your privacy. If you would prefer to call us with your credit card information, please either select “memo bill” as your payment option or select the option to fax in your credit card details. We will accept C.O.D. however this is not the preferred method of payment.
